HGI is very proud of our commitment to fully train our field personnel. The training starts early and often at HGI.  Whether a new recruit or an experienced new hire, HGI demands extensive and continuous training of each of our Technician/Inspectors. Our training program includes in house laboratory/field training, monthly Technician/Inspector meetings, and Semi-annual performance reviews.  Also, through our sister company Southwest Calibration & Training, we continuously offer advanced courses for those Technician/Inspectors who wish to advance their careers by obtaining ICC/ICBO certifications. The goal of our training program is to provide our clients with well trained, responsible, professional Technician/Inspectors.

HGI has a comprehensive staff of well trained and experienced field technicians and inspectors. HGI's observation services are supported by Nuclear Gauge, ICBO and ACI certified inspectors and by professional engineers to provide a complete construction inspection and materials testing capability. Many of our technicians and inspectors have multiple certifications that allow us to provide cost-effective, quality service and rapid response to our clients.
